Ronald Lipford

As the founding principle of Arel Architects, Ron has over 40 years of experience in all levels of responsibility including programming, design and technical coordination, construction documents, and construction management. Ron is recognized for new construction projects in the commercial, institutional, public safety, multifamily and medical industries. His portfolio of work includes the design of minor and major renovation and restorations.

His experience in construction administration and permitting in D.C. metropolitan, Maryland and Virginia area makes him an integral member of the team.  Ron graduated from Hampton University with post graduate studies at both Howard and Harvard Universities and is a member of the American Institute of Architects. Ron’s leadership coupled with his significant municipal portfolio offers a perspective required when committing to delivering you a solution that meets all your needs, now and for decades to come.

Ron continues to be awarded several community awards, being recognized for his outstanding service and leadership.
